SHIPPING F A Q


What method of shipping do you use?
All standard orders, including International orders placed through our website are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) from our warehouse in Los Angeles. When we ship your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a link to track your package to the e-mail address provided in the original order. NOTE: Some foreign countries we recommend using an alternative commercial freight service such as UPS/ Federal Express. These services cost more, but insure the arrival of your goods.

Do you ship with a delivery/signature confirmation?
Every order that ships from our warehouse has a delivery confirmation number and is sent to the e-mail address submitted with the original order (along with a link to track your package see above). Orders with multiple unit dwellings i.e. Apartments, Condos, Pent Houses, Offices, etc. and with a high dollar amount will ship with a required Signature confirmation.

Do you offer next day or 2nd day delivery service?
Yes, any orders within the United States (International orders excluded) may ship overnight or 2nd day delivery via UPS. Orders must be placed and received BEFORE 12:00 p.m. PST time in order to ship that business day. Any orders placed after the 12:00 p.m. Deadline, will ship the following business day. No Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery.


When will my order arrive?
You can expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days and may take up to 8 days within the United States. If you need your order sooner we recommend using UPS overnight or UPS 2nd day. International orders can take approximately 2 weeks or longer depending on the countries postal service.

What if my package is not delivered due to incorrect address?
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer, for whatever reason, will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Please make sure billing and shipping information is accurate before checking out.


I never received my order?
If you placed an order and have not received it after the approximate delivery time (see above), just sit back and wait another day or two. If you had your order shipped to your office, place of employment or live in an apartment building ask around i.e. neighbors, office manager, etc. Many times packages are misplaced, forgotten or someone has simply taken it (it is a federal offense to tamper with U S mail). If you still can't find your package or it's been more than a week since it shipped (two weeks for international orders) e-mail us at ship@gosoftwear.com as it may have been returned to us marked “undeliverable” or lost in the mail. We will make every effort to take care of the problem.

What happens if you are out of stock in a certain item, color, size, etc.?
If you order an item that is out of stock we make every effort in contacting customers via e-mail asking if they wish to substitute for another color, item or simply keep as a backorder until the item becomes available.


How are the items packaged?
All merchandise is discreetly packaged.
