What if I sign up for your newsletter and later want to be taken off the list?
If you sign up for our newsletter and decide later on you do not wish to receive them anymore, you can remove yourself from the list by clicking to UNSUBSCRIBE in the newsletter section of our website. Simply type in the EXACT e-mail address you entered to initially subscribe and that should remove you from the list. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE!
I am having a problem completing my order/payment?
The most common reason for this is that your address and the format of your address do not match the records i.e. billing address your bank holds for the credit card being used. The system is set up that way to prevent others from using your card. The problem is easily managed by typing the correct information on the billing and shipping address section when checking out.
How and where can I return items for exchange/refund?
To return or exchange an item (s) simply send them to the following address; 719 S. Los Angeles St. Ste. 356 Los Angeles, Ca 90014 along with a copy of your receipt or some sort of note stating you want an exchange or refund. If an exchange is involved specify color, size, and style. Also, an exchange that is lower in value than the returned item (s), the difference will be credited back to the credit card used to pay for the original order. If you request a replacement (s) of higher value, any difference must be paid before the exchange is processed, so please provide us with a credit card number. All Returns and exchanges are subject to our exchange/return policy.
Does your clothing run small or large?
Our clothing is a contoured fit, which means they are more of a European fit compared to your standard American sizes. If you like your clothes with a little more room we recommend you to go up a size.

Do you have or send catalogues?
No! Let's preserve our trees and environment. We stopped producing catalogues a few years ago. All our products can be viewed and purchased through our website.
Can my order be changed after it is submitted?
Contact us through e-mail and write “Change Order” in the subject line. Orders are printed and shipped out fairly quickly so if we see your request BEFORE it gets packed then you're likely to get it changed.
